ABOUT
SPORTING FORCE
Research has suggested that the two best self-help strategies are exercise and social support. For anxiety sufferers exercise helps reduce worry, panic and other symptoms. Sporting Force offers sport, exercise, camaraderie and being part of a team again, things that all veterans miss. We offer our services free of charge to both male and female veterans and their immediate families.
MISSION & HISTORY.
Sporting Force is a registered charity that supports armed forces serving personnel, reservists, veterans and their families, throughout the UK. We provide education, exercise, and social events to help our beneficiaries by relieving mental health and social isolation. Promoting inclusion and togetherness, we can also adapt all opportunities to the needs of disabled veterans. Get in touch today to discover more about our veterans’ charity.
