Veterans must be registered with us so we can verify their service and all gym users must complete an induction before first session.
Our Gym is located where our offices are, The Sporting Force Recovery and Wellness Centre, 36 Blackwellgate, Darlington, DL1 5HW
Gym opening times are,
Monday - Friday 0900hrs -1600hrs
Monday-Wednesday 1700hrs-2000hrs
Wednesdays- Circuits with Clair 1000hrs-1100hrs
Thursday- Boxercise with Craig 0930hrs-1030hrs

Why not join us in our Recovery & Wellness Centre.
We offer personal trainers who can do a bespoke plan for each person.
We have the Resistance Pool for a quick dip then you can relax in the Hydro Pool and/or Sauna.
Our Facilities are free for veterans, serving Forces and Immediate Family.
For over three decades, the UK Challenge has been providing companies with an unparalleled team-building experience. Combining both mental and physical challenge, they offer an opportunity for all individuals to uncover their strengths and add value to their team.
In 2023 the UK Challenge will take place on the Peak Districk from the 20th to the 23th of June. Our 10 teams of six will be running, cycling, and kayaking over some of the most beautiful, yet challenging, terrain in the Peak District. Over 3 days we will be taking on 8 stages, expertly designed to challenge our team cognitively and physically. Our strategy will decide which routes to take, which obstacles to face, and how best to utilise our team to ensure an efficient completion of each mission.
Your place in the team is funded by the charity including, accommodation and food.
All we ask is that the team members fundraise.
We can help you with fundraising.
You DO NOT have to commit to the whole project, you can drop in and out as and when, we appreciate you may have other commitments you need to attend. If you are interested in any of our events, please email info@sportingforce.org.
These activities will be held both indoors and outdoors and will be run by Sporting Force Coaches and specialised instructors. Activities in the project include:

Durham Cricket Foundation will also provide drop-in support sessions and tickets for cricket matches. We will also hold a two-day mental health first-aid course, which veterans and their families are invited to attend, as well as staff from both organisations.
